The Compact NV Series Slurry Pump is a reliable solution for solid material transfer.
Looking for a dependable pump to handle slurry? The Compact NV Series Pump, with a semi-open impeller, is the ideal choice. This pump is designed for efficiency and durability, making it appropriate for applications involving liquids with solid particle content of up to 50 mm.
Looking for a dependable pump to handle slurry? The Compact NV Series Pump, with a semi-open impeller, is the ideal choice. This pump is designed for efficiency and durability, making it appropriate for applications involving liquids with solid particle content of up to 50 mm.
Key Benefits of the Compact NV Series Pump:
- Optimal Capacity and Head: Pumps up to 200 m³/h with a head of 80 meters, making it appropriate for many industrial applications.
- Flexible Impeller Design: Equipped with a non-clogging semi-open vane impeller, suitable for handling liquids containing suspended particles or solids, reducing turbulence and cavitation while prolonging casing life, particularly in abrasive applications. Closed impellers, fully open impellers, and torque-flow impellers are all available upon request. Each impeller also has a back vane, which reduces solid concentration and pressure in the seal region. Each model is available with three or four impeller designs, giving you more options.
- Casing and Nozzle Design: The concentric casing design, along with a tangential discharge nozzle, ensures that pressure is evenly distributed between the impeller and casing.
- Easy Maintenance: The back pull-out design simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The overall pump design emphasizes low maintenance requirements and long service life.
- Maximum Seal Protection: The impeller's back vane reduces particles and improves circulation flow around the seal plate, extending seal life and preventing leaks.
- Corrosion-Resistant Materials: The casing and impeller are composed of Stainless Steel Chromium Martensitic Alloy (SSCMA) with 12% chromium content, which provides superior corrosion resistance and toughness.
- High Efficiency: The volute design guarantees that hydraulic force is evenly distributed across the casing surface. This lowers radial load imbalance on the impeller, increases bearing and seal life, minimizes hydraulic pulsation, and improves efficiency.
- Low-Speed Design: This design lowers wear and increases pump service life.
- Premium Material Configurations:
- Casing: SSCMA is standard.
- Pedestal Bearing Construction: Cast Iron is typical.
- Shaft: Stainless Steel is typical.
- Housing Seal: Cast Iron is typical.
- Impeller: SSCMA is standard.
- Mechanical seal options include SiC versus SiC mechanical seals with Viton elastomer for maximum corrosion resistance. NBR seals are suitable for operating temperatures of up to 120°C (typical working temperature 80°C).
- International Standard Flanges: Flanges are ISO 7005-2 1988 E, PN16, with a low-speed design.
- Drive options include vee pulley belt or direct coupled drive.
- Capacity: 200 m³/h Height: up to 80 m
- Speed ranges from 700 to 3,000 rpm.
- Size: Four pipe sizes.
- Passage: Maximum solid size is 50 mm.
